Regular Property Inspection
Consistist on a customized walk-through, full internal and external inspections of your property, performed weekly or at your convenience, with detailed email reports informing of any problems, with pictures if needed, along with possible solutions.
We ensure your property is secured clean and functioning properly.
It may also include mail pick up, watering the plants, toilet flushing, assuring the lawn is properly maintained, setting up or breaking down outdoor furniture before and/or after the season; receiving and responding to emergency or tenants call; home winterizing; scheduling and/or managing home services and vehicle maintenance, ensuring the car is in working condition upon your arrival, and any other request you may want to include in your customized check list.
Pre and/or Post Rental Inspection
If you are renting your property, you may request an inspection upon tenant departure and prior to prepping home for the next tenant.
These inspections will note any visible damage and discrepancies that will be immediately reported to you.
After the property has been prepped for the next tenant, We may also schedule an inspection of your property to assure it is properly cleaned and in good working order for your next tenants.
On-Request Property Inspection
In addition to your weekly inspection, we offer On-Request Property Inspections whereas you may call us at any time to schedule an inspection, supervision or a specific service.
This service may include: opening up the property for service providers or delivery supervision; arranging regular maintenance and necessary repairs of the property; scheduling licensed service providers like electricians or plumbers for utility startups & shutdowns and etc.
